Important Information

Cancellation requests submitted before design work has started may be eligible for a full refund.

Once research, concept development, design creation, or branding work has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the stage of the project.

Custom logo designs, brand identity systems, and personalized design services are created specifically for each client and may not qualify for a full refund after work has commenced.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may submit a withdrawal request within the applicable legal period.

However, by purchasing our custom design services, customers expressly request that work begins immediately after payment.

Withdrawal rights may therefore be limited once substantial work has started or the service has been fully completed.
