1. Order Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of their order before work has started.
If a cancellation request is received before any research, planning, concept creation, or design work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

2. Design Work Already Started
Once our team has begun work on your project, including research, concept development, sketching, design creation, or brand strategy preparation, the order may no longer be eligible for a full refund.
Depending on the stage of completion, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
3. Custom Design Services
All logo designs, brand identity packages, and graphic design services sold by ABDERGRAPHIC LLC are custom-made and personalized for each client.
Because these services are created specifically for individual customers, they cannot be resold or reused for another client.
4. Digital Deliverables
Once design files, concepts, source files, brand guidelines, or any final digital assets have been delivered to the client, the order becomes non-refundable.
5. Revisions
Our packages include revisions as specified in the selected package.
Clients are encouraged to use the revision process to request adjustments before project completion.
6. European Union Customers
For customers located within the European Union, by purchasing our services you expressly request that ABDERGRAPHIC LLC begins work immediately after payment.
You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed or substantial work has begun on a customized design project, your right of withdrawal may be limited or no longer apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
